How to turn on wireless / network printer?

Use the simple instructions provided below to turn the network connection to wireless and free from bulky modem cables.

  • If you use a Windows computer, find windows for HP, and then click the name of your printer from the displayed printers and access the HP Printer Assistant option.
  • Tap on Utilities or Tools in the top corner of the menu bar and choose the Printer Setup & Software or Device Setup & Software option.
  • Go on with the Convert a USB connected printer to wireless option in order to launch the utility.
  • Use the HP Smart app, access the home screen, and search for the Making a printing easier by connecting your printer wirelessly option, and trail the prompts.
  • If you are a Mac user, access Finder, click on Go which is seen in the top menu bar, and then click on the applications.
  • Double- tap the HP folder and then double- tab the HP Utility option.
  • Choose the Wireless Setup option from the All Settings tab, and launch the utility.
